Only products are refundable, we do not refund delivery costs.

Please ensure all parcels are packaged well to avoid damage while in transit.

DO NOT attach labels direct to shoe boxes. Please encase shoe boxes within another box or suitable protective packaging.

Shoe boxes are part of the product and any damage could result in a refusal of a refund or exchange.

Purple Parsnip will not take responsibility for loss or damage.

Please keep all proof of postage until we have confirmed your return/exchange has been processed.
